  Really appalled at the way the lady spoke to me today the 5th of May. I called into the practise which has been the practice myself and my family have use for years. To find out about an appointment that I had cancelled over the phone on the 25th of April at 8pm in the morning , I was told nylon who ever answered the phone that the appointment would be sent out to me. Axis Street no appointment had arrived in walk so instead down to the practice to check to see what was happening as I had received no appointment, the lady was very rude and told me no we don't do that you would have been given an appointment on the phone. NO I WASN'T THAT IS WHY I WALK DOWN TO CHECK if I had one I wouldn't have gone out my way to check.So who ever answered your phone on the morning of the 25th of April at 8pm gave me the wrong information. JUST TO TO CLARIFY I have no complaints what so ever about the dental care that myself and my family recive. But bad manners applies me.

  Really appalled at the way I got spoketo on the phone I was booking appointment for my son she was really rude and unpolite after that I don't think I wanna take kids there manners cost nout and I think she really needs to learn so I was disgusted and felt small I'm going to make an official complaint
